Join the best of the creative community in a night of artistic social bliss. Enjoy music from DJ Kidd Groove at the Historic ballroom of the Herman and Son’s Building in Downtown San Antonio. Immerse yourself in stunning photography and videography from local artists. Take advantage of the opportunity to meet and chat one-on-one with the artists.

Enjoy a business casual event with served Hors d'oeuvres with a beer and wine bar while viewing your favorite artist’s work. Local area vendor favorites will be on site with entertainment and interactive displays.

Upon purchasing a ticket, your name will be entered to win one of many giveaways that will take place throughout the evening.

When and Where is the event?

This event will be on October 18th from 4 - 10pm, at the Herman Son’s Ballroom in downtown San Antonio

Do I have to be a photographer to attend?

All persons are welcome to attend! Artwork displays will be for videographers and photographers alike. General public is welcome and highly encouraged to attend and can purchase a ticket through the general pricing link.

Will there be food and drink at the event?

Light Hours’Dervs will be provided and drink tickets are included with the purchase of an admission ticket.

Is this fancy? What’s the dress code?

Dress Code is business casual or wedding attire. This event showcases high quality artwork and viewers should dress for the occasion of appreciation!

Is this is an adults only event or family friendly?

WE LOVE KIDS! Unfortunately, glass frames and expensive photo equipment do not! Please no children under the age of 12

How will the photos be displayed?

Images will be displayed hung up on walls OR on easels depending on the placement of the pieces. Placement of your images will be determined based on the amount of pieces we have and the flow of artwork at the event. If you wish for your pieces to be placed together, please let us know and we can place them together based on the level of ticket you purchased.

What is the deadline to commit as a creative/participant?

14 days prior to the event.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

General Admission tickets will be available for sale at the door. Exhibitor tickets must be purchased 14 days prior to the event.

What mediums can I use to show my still photography art?

We are asking that all images are printed on photo or poster paper and displayed in a frame of your choosing.

Will we be getting display cards?

Yes, Each exhibitor will be getting a display card.

Will there be booths or just displaying photos?

There will not be booths for exhibitors. There will only be artwork displayed.
